1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of EquiBalance (myequibalance.com), operated by Hamlet Consultancy, a company registered in Sweden. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

EquiBalance provides horse nutrition analysis based on data you enter about your horse and its diet. Analysis is performed against the NRC 2007 Nutrient Requirements of Horses (6th Edition) standards.

The service is provided "as is". Results are informational only and do not constitute veterinary or nutritional advice. See our Disclaimer for full details.

3. Payments and refunds

One-time reports (£19.99) and monthly subscriptions (£9.99/month) are processed via Stripe. All prices are inclusive of any applicable tax.

One-time reports: Due to the digital nature of the product, reports delivered by email are non-refundable once sent.

Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of a paid report, contact us at support@myequibalance.com and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Subscription terms

A monthly subscription permits up to 5 horse analyses per calendar month. Subscription status is verified by email address — keep the email address you used to subscribe accessible. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service
• Share subscription access with others or resell access to the service
• Submit false or misleading data with the intent of manipulating results

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the analysis engine, product database, blog articles, and design — is the property of Hamlet Consultancy and protected by copyright. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal use only and may not be redistributed commercially.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hamlet Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to decisions made about your horse's diet based on analysis results.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
